P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Kamble, Senior Jailor, Nashik-Road Central Prison, submitted that, the Deputy Inspector of Prison, Nashik Division, Nashik has acceded to the request of the Petitioner for parole leave on the ground of marriage of his sister to be performed on 26th April, 2024 at Balaji Nagar, Chopda Road, Dharangaon, District Jalgaon, for a period of four days on certain terms and conditions as more specifically mentioned in Order dated 15th April, 2024. He tendered across the bar a photocopy of the said Order.

2) In view thereof, we direct the Jail Authority to release the Petitioner from jail on or before 11.00 a.m. of 25th April, 2024. The Petitioner shall report back to the Jail Authority on or before 11.00 a.m. of 29th April, 2024.

3) Petitioner shall abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned in the Order dated 15th April, 2024 passed by the Deputy Inspector of Prison, Nashik Division, Nashik, which is annexed to the present Order for the convenience of the Petitioner who is presently lodged in Nashik-Road Central Prison.
