This is an application for condonation of delay of 21 days in filing Second Appeal. By order dated 17.11.2014, Rule was issued. Office remark shows that respondents no.1 to 3 are duly served. Respondent no.3 is represented by Mr Kuldeep Patil. No reply is field opposing the application.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out

Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) with no order as to costs. Office is directed to register Appeal, if it is otherwise ready.

Liberty is reserved to the applicants to apply for interim order in terms of prayer (c) by taking out separate application.
