Mr.Marwadi, the learned Counsel appearing for M/s.Torrent Power Ltd. submits that the affected party is Torrent Power Ltd who had filed subject FIR with the MSEDCL Kalyan Police Station. Neither the affected party i.e. M/s. Torrent Power Ltd is joined as party to the instant application nor it appears that the said affected party had consented for compounding of the offence.
