By the present Petition, the Petitioner has prayed for relief of parole leave on the ground of Covid-19 pandemic. It is a matter of fact and well within the realm of all that the Covid-19 pandemic has ceased its severity.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that, by a Circular dated 10th February, 2022 issued by the Competent Authority, the benefit of Covid-19 pandemic parole has been stopped.

In view thereof, the present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
