The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that he has no knowledge about the filing of the supplementary charge-sheet which was filed on 27.4.2016. The applicant would like to go through the supplementary charge-sheet and, therefore, upon instructions, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice with further liberty to approach the said Court in the changed circumstances. Application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
