This Court as per the order dated 21st February, 2023 passed in Bail Application No. 2761 of 2022 was pleased to release the Applicant on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/-. Six weeks period is granted to him to furnish cash bail. He has already deposited cash amount of Rs.15,000/- before the trial Court on 15th March, 2023. Thereafter, he could not arrange for the surety. Now, it is submitted that he has arranged for the surety. Satish Sangar 1/2

I think the extension for two weeks is more than sufficient from today. Hence, following order is passed :-

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant is permitted to furnish bail for Rs.15,000/- before the trial Court within a period of 15 days' from today.
