This is an appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act filed by the Claimants for enhancement of compensation awarded by the Claims Tribunal , Alibag, Raigad under judgment and Award dated 01.08.1996 in Accident Claim Case No. 98 of 1992. 2.
