This application is preferred for carrying out amendment in the cause title of Application by providing present current address of Respondent No.4.

Considering the submission made by learned Counsel for Applicant, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out the case for allowing the application. Application allowed as per prayer clause (a) which read thus :
(A) "(a) that the Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicants to amend the title cause in respect of Respondent No.4 as under :-
Yadav VG 2 52.caw.1229.17.odt. Dr. Subhash G. Saikhedkar, Adult, Indian Inhabitant of Nashik, Occupation - Medical Practitioner, residing at Akashshayshri, Nutan Sayali Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Row House No. 4 and 5, Thatte Nagar, Gangapur Road, Nashik - 422005.
OR Dr. Subhash G. Saikhedkar, Akashshayshree Villa, Satya Colony, Behind Vikas Colony, Near III Signal, Trimbak Road Nashik - 422007."
(B) Amendment to be carried out within three weeks from today. Amended copy be served to the other side.
(C) Office is directed to issue notice to Respondent No.4 at his present current address, returnable after 8 weeks.
(D) In addition to usual mode of service, Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent No.4 along with entire proceedings by private notice either by registered post A.D. and/or by hand delivery and file Affidavit of Service to that effect. (E) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
