Heard Mr. Desai learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.P.P. for the State. The applicants are accused of the offences punishable under the M.R.T.P. Act and Environment Protection Act. 3.

The applicants have been granted bail with conditions. The condition No. (d) is as under :

Applicants shall not leave State of Maharashtra without prior permission of this court."

In my opinion, considering the charge against the applicants and considering the facts that they are permanent residents of Mumbai, the said condition is onerous and needs to be deleted. 5.

It is therefore, ordered that condition (d) in the order passed in M.A. No. 35 of 2015 stands deleted. Application stands disposed of. (JUDGE)
