Hariharan, Senior Manager, PNB, LCB submits that after filing of the present appeal, Recovery Proceedings No.17 of 2017 were initiated against the respondents and the same has been decreed. In view of the said decree, nothing survives in this appeal. He has placed on record 'pursis' for withdrawal of the appeal. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.
