We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition by keeping all points open and directing respondent no.2 to decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 17.12.2009 for granting higher pay scale and non practicing allowance on the basis of concerned Government Resolution and to calculate the pension accordingly with interest if permissible, as early as possible, preferably within 10 weeks. The petitioner is also permitted to file an additional affidavit and/or representation if required, within two weeks.
