This application being filed on the third occasion must make the same prayers as the earlier two applications The merits of the case, as crystalized in the charge-sheet, do not permit me to come to any different conclusion than the one which I have arrived on the first two occasions. 2.

The learned APP state that the charge is framed on 23/03/2023. A word 'request' can only be forwarded to the concerned Sessions Judge to expedite the trial considering the the young age of the applicant.
