The applicants have challenged the order dated 5th April, 2019 passed by the learned Special Judge under MCOC Act, Pune of cancelling the order of bail granted in favour of the applicants/accused.

It is informed by the learned APP that after the grant of bail to the accused, the investigating agency has applied MCOC Act after seeking necessary prior approval and hence, as the accused are now prosecuted for the offence punishable under MCOC Act, they

In view of invocation of MCOC Act, the order of cancellation of bail is correct. The police to take further steps. However, the applicants/accused may apply for bail before the Special Court. 5.

Criminal Application is rejected.
