The above Civil Application has been filed to bring the heir of the original Respondent on record who has died during the pendency of the above Writ Petition. Having regard to the final directions which are issued by the impugned order dated 07.06.2005, the cause of action survives to the wife who is the heir of the Respondent. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the name of Applicant No.1 Mrs. Mamta Mahendra Bhenwal is allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
