This is an application by State for condonation of delay of 203 days in filing the aforesaid Appeal. The matter is arising out of Land Acquisition Act.

Heard learned AGP for the Applicant/State and learned counsel for the Respondents, who has opposed this application. Record shows that no reply is filed till date.
