O R D E R

Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an appropriate order and quash and set aside Complaint/FIR being 79 of 2015 registered at Vile Parle (E) Police Station by the Respondent No.2 against the Petitioners for offences punishable u/s 498-A, 406 and 270 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code filed before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 65th Court, at Andheri, Mumbai;" (A.A.
