The above Civil Application has been filed seeking interim stay of the award passed by the MACT, Thane pending the above First Appeal. The Applicant/original Appellant has deposited the entire decretal amount i.e. the sum of Rs.41,68,885 in the MACT, Thane which is exclusive of the amount of no fault liability. In view thereof, the above Civil Application is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
