Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Applicants are seeking their enlargement on bail in connection with Crime No.150 of 2021 registered with Dehu Road Police Station for the ofences punishable under Sections 353, 332, 269, 188 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4,5, 12A of the Maharashtra Prevention of Shivgan 1/3

Gambling Act, Section 21 of the Indian Telegraph Act and Section 51(B) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005.It is alleged that the applicants were involved in cricket betting operations during the India-England cricket match, which was held on 26th March, 2021 at Ghanuje stadium. According to the prosecution, six second of the time lag, between the match and live stream is what helped the bookies keep tab on the movement to accept and even place bets and make money.

Application for bail, was presented to this Court on 18th May, 2021, where after the State has fled the charge-sheet.

In view of the changed circumstance, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to fle an application for bail before Shivgan 2/3

the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Leave granted. Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

It is submitted that the applicants have been granted temporary bail for 45 days in view of prevailing Pandemic situation.
