The D.C.P., Zone-XI, Borivali further assures that in case if the custodial interrogation of the Applicants is required, a written notice will be served on the Applicants, week in advance provided the Applicants'

furnishing their permanent address and contact details. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 3.

The Applicants are directed to furnish their permanent place of residence and contact details in the office of D.C.P., Zone-XI, Borivali in relation to crime in question.

In view of above, the application does not warrant any consideration on merits, at this stage.
