The petitioner in person after having argued this matter for sometime seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh complaint/report under section 154 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the police. Leave is granted.

In the event the petitioner file such complaint/report, the Officer in charge of the concerned police station shall enquire into said complaint, take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within seven days from the date of filing such complaint/report. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn subject to above observations.
