The learned counsel for the parties submit that the question involved in these Petitions has already been considered and decided by various orders passed by this Court including the order passed in Writ Petition No. 148 of 2018 (Shailendrajit Charanjit Rai and Anr. vs. The Registrar of Companies and Vishal Parekar 1/2
502-wp-5040-2018@.doc Another) as also in the Writ Petition No. 3833 of 2018 (Somansundaran Peedikaparambil vs. Union of India). The said orders were passed by two Division Benches of this Court considering the various other orders passed by the High Court at Delhi. In the circumstances, for the reasons stated in Writ Petition Nos. 148 of 2018 and 3833 of 2018, these Petitions are disposed of. 4.
We make it clear that the date of COD Scheme has already been extended up to 30th April, 2018. The said date shall apply in these matters also.

Both the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
