DATE : 11 AUGUST 2023 P.C. :- The Petitioner, who is a member/shareholder of Respondent No. 7- cooperative society, seeks to present before us the dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.7-cooperative society. This dispute would fall within the jurisdiction of the Co-operative Court. Since the statutory remedy of filing a dispute is available to the Petitioner and thereafter substantive appeal, it is not necessary to interfere in writ jurisdiction. Keeping all contentions of the parties open, we dispose of the Writ Petition.
