The Applicant has filed this application for anticipatory bail inspite of fact that his earlier application vide Anticipatory Bail Application No.962 of 2020 was allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally.

There is absolutely no change in circumstance. The Applicant has not surrendered and yet, has preferred this application. Therefore I expressed my disinclination to entertain Nesarikar

Only by way of indulgence, no further action is taken, though it amounts to abuse of process of law. Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally on this occasion also. 4.
