The present petitioner is a project affected person of Village Taloshi. Apparently for the purposes of Koyna Project in Satara District, his land was acquired. The complaint is in spite of acquisition of land somewhere in the year 1970-71 and in spite of several representations and applications, no alternate land is allotted to the petitioner. Whether the petitioner is entitled for such land and whether there is compliance of requirements by the petitioner for allotment of alternate land, all have to be taken into consideration while deciding the representation of the petitioner. ABS

According to the petitioner, last representation was made on 30th March 2015. After considering the details in his representation, the concerned authority has to dispose of the representation strictly adhering to the procedure contemplated. We fail to understand why his representations were unanswered till now. If his representations were already considered, the same may be intimated to him by the authorities concerned. We direct the respondent authorities concerned to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30th March 2015 and dispose of the same within a period of 3 months from today.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
