The learned APP on the basis of instructions given by officer concerned, states that the investigation of the subject FIR is completed and police propose to file C-summary report. In support of his submission, he tendered report dated 2nd August 2017 made by the CBD Police Station, Navi Mumbai. Report is taken on record. 2.
In the light of above statement, Mr. Gole, the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants states that grievance of the Applicants raised in the application no more survives. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. 3.
Needless to state that interim order dated 5th August 2013 stands vacated.
