We are of the view that if appropriate liberty is granted to the Petitioner, the purpose of the Petition can be served. Accordingly we grant liberty to the Petitioner to make a representation to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 regarding grant of additional FSI and TDR benefit to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of 1/2

We direct that if any such representation is made by the Petitioner, the same shall be decided by Respondent Nos.2 and 3, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the representation. 4.

Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
