Ms.Manisha Mundhe h/f Mr.R.P.Khobragade states that Mr.Khobragade has instructions to appear in the aforesaid application and seeks leave to file his Vakalatnama. Leave granted. She submits that the Registry be directed to accept Mr.Khobragade's Vakalatnama, as the earlier Advocate for the applicant is refusing to give his no objection. 2.

Registry is accordingly directed to accept the Vakalatnama of Mr.R.P.Khobragade. The said Vakalatnama to be filed on or before 15th

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that this application has not been considered on merits and if an application for regular bail, after filing of the chargesheet is filed by the applicant, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid application.
