P.C. :- 1] There is no need to interfere as such with the impugned order. However, in the light of Circular dated 3 August 2009, issued by the Register General upon instructions of the Hon'ble Chief Justice and the Judges of this Court, the Trial Court is requested to give a precedence in deciding R.A.E. Suit No. 146 of 2015, as the parties are senior citizens.

2] It is made clear that the precedence being given in the order of seniority to be maintained for matters concerning senior citizens. 3] With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of. (M. S. SONAK, J.) dinesh 1/1
