The learned counsel for the parties state on instructions of their respective clients, who are present in Court, that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement as under : (A) In full and final settlement of the petitioner's claim from respondent No.2 - Gharda Chemicals Ltd., respondent no.2 company will pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs only) over and above the retiral dues payable by 1/2

w4784.14 respondent no.2 to the petitioner such as gratuity, leave encashment and other incentives as per the policy of respondent no.2 company.

(B) The learned counsel for respondent no.2 states that the aforesaid amount of Rs.13,00,000/- plus retiral dues will be paid to the petitioner by 31 July 2015.

In view of the above amicable settlement, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
