In furtherance of the order dated 03/08/2021, learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has cooperated with the investigation, which was an essential condition while admitting him to the interim protection on 27/05/2021.

Learned APP makes a categorical statement, on instructions, that the co-operation has been rendered by the Applicant and since the investigation is complete, custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not required any more. 2.
