After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to withdraw this Application qua the Applicant Nos.2, 3 & 5. As far as the Applicant Nos.1, 4 & 6 to 11 are concerned, they seek pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.153 of 2017 registered with the Karmala Police Station, Solapur (Rural) for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148 & 149 of the Indian
Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that with respect to the incident dated 17.03.2017, there is a cross case which has also been filed by the Complainant - Gokul Baban Rokade. He submits that in the cross case, lodged by Gokul Rokade, registered with the Karmala Police Station, Solapur, the offences alleged are under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. He submits that as far as the Applicant Nos.1, 4 & 6 to 11 are concerned, no specific role has been attributed to them. He submits that some of the Applicants are ladies including a lady aged 75 years of age. 3.
Learned APP does not dispute the fact, that except Applicant Nos.2, 3 & 5, there are general allegations as against all the other Applicants and that no specific role has been attributed to any of them.

Considering the aforesaid, the Application is partly allowed and the Applicant Nos.1, 4 & 6 to 11 are granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms & conditions:-
O R D E R (i) In the event of arrest, the Applicant Nos.1, 4 & 6 to 11 be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount; (ii) The Applicants except the Applicant No.11, shall report to the investigating officer of the concerned Police Station on 8th & 9 th May, 2017 from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter, as & when called for by the investigating officer; (iii) The Applicants shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

As far as the Applicant Nos.2, 3 & 5 are concerned, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn, qua them. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
