1] This is third Bail Application. Earlier Bail Application i.e. B.A. No.2402 of 2015 preferred by the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court by its Order dated 2nd February 2016.

2] Except passage of time, there is no change in the facts and circumstances of the present case. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the applicant is in jail since 17.7.2015 and till date the Trial Court has not framed charge.

3] In view thereof, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and to make an endevour to conclude the same within a period of one year from today.
