The learned Counsel submit that the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have amicably resolved the dispute and the consent terms have been executed. The learned Counsel seek leave to tender consent terms. 3.

Leave granted.

Mrs. Archana Babanrao Pawar - Petitioner and Mr. Ashok Gargote, Chairman of Respondent No.2 are present in Court. They admit the contents of the consent terms and the execution thereof.

The Petitioner, upon being specifically inquired, states that she has perused the consent terms and is agreeable to the terms incorporated therein. SSP 1/2

It appears that the parties have voluntarily entered into the consent terms and there is no coercion or duress.

The Consent Terms are, therefore, taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to the Court.
