Affidavit in reply of Shri Prashant Shantaram Awate, Tahsildar, Khed Rehabilitation Officer, Chasakman Project, Taluka - Khed, District - Pune, is taken on record. The reply records that the representation made by the petitioner has been decided and communication to that effect have been issued to the petitioner on 5th February, 2014. Moreover, it is stated that after the representation was decided, the petitioner has submitted a fresh application on 23rd May, 2014 along with the requisite documents.
