The applicant and respondent no. 1 herein are present before this Court along with their respective advocates. Consent terms have been placed on record. It is a matrimonial dispute. The parties are going to have dissolution of their marriage by decree of divorce. The proceeding in that regard has already been filed before the competent Court.

This Court has gone through the terms of compromise. The terms are neither illegal, nor void. The respondent/wife admits to have been in service. She states to have waived her right to claim

In view of the matter to have been settled between the parties, the revision application and interim application stand disposed of in terms of the compromise.
