Despite order directing issuance of notice to the Respondent/convicted accused, in this proceeding of enhancement of sentence way back on 02.05.2018, the State is unable to serve the Respondent/convicted Accused. The matter is pending since the beginning of the year 2018. In this view of the matter, as a last chance, time of six weeks is granted to applicant/State, to serve the Respondent, failing which application shall stand dismissed, without reference to the Court.
