P.C. :- The petitioner is a complainant in Crime No. 12 of 2015 registered at Karjat police station for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 13 (1) (c) read with Section 13 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

It appears that after registration of crime Anti Corruption Bureau, Raigad had conducted the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the special Court Alibag District Raigad. 3.

By the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for further MJ Jadhav 1 / 2

3--wp-2668-22.odt investigation in terms of Section 173 (8) of CrPC. No reason is assigned as why the application in terms of Section 173 (8) of the CrPC was not made before the special Court.

I am therefore not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petitioner is at liberty to file the the application in terms of Section 173(8) of CrPC for further investigation, before the special Court.

Petition is disposed of.
