DATED : 4 AUGUST 2023 P.C. :- The learned APP for the respondent- State submits that during the pendency of the present application, the prosecution has filed the chargesheet. In that view of the matter, the applicant is permitted to file an application for regular bail before the Sessions Court/ Trial Court. 2.

Interim order passed by this Court on 28 April 2023 shall remain in force for the period of six weeks from today. 3.

The applicant shall file an application for regular bail within one week from today. If such application is filed, the Sessions Court/ Trial Court shall decide it on it's own merits.
