This matter is moved by way of praecipe dated 30.9.2016 for Speaking to Minutes of the order dated 20.9.2016.

By order dated 20.9.2016, ad-interim order dated 15.11.2010 was confirmed subject to the applicant depositing compensation at the rate of Rs.30,975/- per month from 1.9.2016 onwards. Ms Desai submitted that in the past the

2/2 CAC/397/2016 applicant was depositing the amount of compensation in the trial Court and, therefore, the same arrangement may be continued during the pendency of Civil Revision Application.

In view thereof, applicant is permitted to deposit compensation at the rate of Rs.30,975/- per month from 1.9.2016 in the trial Court under intimation in writing to the respondent.

The amount shall be deposited on or before 10th day of succeeding month/s.

Order accordingly.
