Heard. By this application, the applicant has sought leave to amend the cause title so as to substitute the name of His Eminence Oswald Cardinal Gracias, Archbishop of Bombay, and the present trustee of the Archdiocese in place of the original trustee Mr. Simon I. Pimenta.

The original trustee Dr. Simon Pimenta has expired. Considering this fact and in the light of the averments made in pps
