The above Review Petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 28-3-2016 passed in the above Writ Petition. By the said order, the order dated 17-7-2015 passed by the Appellate Authority i.e. the District Collector under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, came to be confirmed and resultantly the order passed by the First Authority i.e. the Competent Authority and Sub Divisional Officer, Nashik dated 18-23/12/2014 came to be confirmed. By the said order dated 28-32016, the maintenance granted by the authorities below of Rs.5000/- each to the parents of the Review Petitioner came to be confirmed as also directing him to return the ornaments to the parents after following the modality for the same. The Review is sought on the ground that the maintenance awarded of Rs,10,000/- to the parents is excessive and exorbitant. In so far as the said mmj

rpw-83-16-(11).doc aspect is concerned, the same was urged when the above Writ Petition was dealt with by this Court. Obviously the Review Petitioner cannot be permitted to urge the said contention once again in the Review Petition. Having perused the ground of review and having heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, no case for review under any of the eventualities mentioned in Order 47 of the Civil Procedure Code is made out, the Review Petition is accordingly dismissed.
