This Civil Application is moved for condoning the delay of days in filing the application for modification/clarification/review of the order dated 27th January, 2017 in Writ Petition No. 535 of 2017. Mr. Shaikh has invited my attention to the reply of respondent No.1 dated 18th August, 2017. He submits that no sufficient cause is made out for condoning delay of 58 days.

After perusing the averments made in the application and the reply of the first respondent as also having regard to the fact that delay is of 58 days, I am satisfied that applicants have made out a sufficient cause for condoning delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay of 58 days in filing the application for modification/clarification/review of the order dated 27th January, 2017 in Writ Petition No. 535 of 2017 is condoned.
