These Applications are for restoration of Civil Application Nos.561/2015 and 566/2015 which were dismissed for non payment of bhatta charges as per order dated 06/04/2015.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Applications, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Applications.

Hence, the following order:

a) Delay in preferring the Civil Applications is condoned.

b) Civil Application No.561/2015 and 566/2015 restored to file for hearing on its own merits.

c) Civil applications stand disposed off accordingly.
