Learned counsel for the applicants states that office objections could not be removed within the time prescribed due to unavoidable circumstances and undertakes to remove all office objections within four weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). The order dated 10th October 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judl.-II) is recalled. Second Appeal is restored to file. It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within the time prescribed, second appeal to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. No further extension of time would be granted. If the office objections are removed within the time prescribed, place the second appeal on board for 'Admission' on 7th October 2019.
