This is an application seeking amendment of the Writ Petition.

Mr. Virag Tulzapurkar, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that some grounds are sought to be added as per schedule. Dr. Abhinav Chandrachud, learned Counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that his clients do not raise any particular objection, if application for amendment is allowed. 3.

Having heard learned Counsel and having perused the application, let the Amendment Application be allowed as prayed for. The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Let the amended petition be served on the other side within a period of two weeks thereafter. List the Writ Petition on 21st July, 2023.
