Learned A.P.P. Mr.Gavand was asked to ascertain, whether the custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary and even on 12/09/2022, the applicant was directed to report to the Investigating Offcer on three dates. Mr.Gavand admits that the applicant has reported to the Investigating Offcer, as directed. On instructions of the Investigating Offcer, who is present in the Court, he states that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is no more necessary. In the wake of the above, order dated 21/10/2020 is made absolute.
