This is a second application for bail and for suspension of sentence. The previous application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15 February 2020.

The learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the application with request to expedite the hearing of Appeal.

Hearing of the Appeal is expedited. Appeal be added to the final hearing board as per its turn, in the week commencing from 3 January 2022, if it is otherwise ready.
