Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This civil application is preferred by the Applicants/ Original Respondents for early hearing of the second appeal, as the applicant no.9 is a senior citizen, aged 80 years. The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that earlier this court by order dated 19th September, 2014 in Civil Application No. 878 of 2014 expedited the hearing of the second appeal. 1/3

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the averments made in the civil application as also the earlier order dated 19th September, 2014, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for early hearing the second appeal. Hence, the following order : i. This civil application is allowed.

ii. Office is directed to place the Second Appeal No. 610 of 2000 for final hearing in weekly Board as per its turn in the list of the senior citizens.
