Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 106 of 2017 registered with the Talegaon Dabhade Police Station, Pune (Rural), for the alleged offences punishable under Section 39 of the Maharashtra Money Lending Regulation Act, 2014. 3.
Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there is some dispute between the applicant and the complainant and that after the 1/3
proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act were filed, the aforesaid complaint has been lodged by the complainant. 5.
Learned A.P.P does not dispute the fact that the applicant has attended the concerned Police Station as directed by this Court vide order dated 28th April, 2017. It is not in dispute that there is some dispute between the applicant and the complainant and that after the proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act were filed, the aforesaid complaint has been lodged by the complainant. In the facts, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. 6.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) In the event of the arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
