The grievance of the Petitioner is that on 28th June, 2013 he submitted a representation (Exhibit G) before Respondent No. 3 but till date the said representation which is in support of seeking inclusion of name in the list of surplus teacher has not been considered and decided.

A prayer has been made that this Petition may be disposed of by directing Respondent No. 3 and to consider and take Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod--9-wp-6019-2015 appropriate decision on the Petitioner's aforesaid representation dated 28th June, 2013 (Exhibit G) as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, this Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No. 3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's representation dated 28th June, 2013 (Exhibit G) in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
